DOSTAWA DO POLSKI/ Shipping to Poland

Koszt 17 zł - kurier Pocztex lub DPD

1. Rośliny dostarczane są wraz z paszportem roślin.
2. Wysyłka zamówienia w ciągu 10 dni od zaksięgowania płatności. Jeśli jesteś zainteresowany inną formą przesyłki (np. do punktu odbioru, innym kurierem) uzgodnij to w wiadomości mailowej do sprzedawcy. Może to wiązać się z wyższym kosztem. W czasie mrozów i upałów dostawa do paczkomatów nie jest możliwa.
3. Metoda płatności - Przelew bankowy.  Dane  do przelewu otrzymasz w mailu po złożeniu zamówienia w ciągu 24 godz (w dni robocze). Na przelew czekamy maksymalnie 2 dni robocze, po tym czasie zamówienie zostanie anulowane. Jeśli potrzebujesz więcej czasu na płatność proszę prześlij nam taką informację. 
4. Jeśli nie otrzymałeś wiadomości z danymi do przelewu proszę sprawdź swój folder SPAM lub napisz do nas wiadomość. 

DELIVERY WORLDWIDE

1. I send packages within 10 days of receiving the payment.
2. Delivery method: priority parcel Polish Post (registered parcel with tracking number) or DPD (only to the European Union)
3. The shipping cost depends on the package weight and delivery country. You will receive the shipment cost calculation after placing the order, along with the invoice and payment details.
4. Approximate shipping cost for 1-3 small plants is provided in the table below. If you order more or larger plants, the cost is set individually after the order. If you want to know the shipping cost before ordering, write to us: [email protected]
5. Combined shipping cost is always determined individually after ordering.

7. Plants in the EU are provided with a plant passport.
8. Shipping outside the EU - if you need a phytosanitary certificate (cost 100PLN), add such an item ("phytosanitary certificate") to the cart or mark it in the order notes.
9. We don't issue a CITES certificate.

PAYMENT

1. Payment method: PayPal (only shipping to European Union), Bank transfer (also Western Union, Wise etc) - worldwide. 
2. For purchases with shipping outside the European Union, PayPal payment is not possible
3. Within the EU, payment via PayPal is only possible for orders worth less than 1000 PLN. If you want to buy over the 1000 PLN limit - payment only by bank transfer.
4. If you are an EU resident and choose the bank transfer payment method, you will receive the amount converted to EUR. By making a SEPA transfer, you do not incur transfer and currency conversion costs.
5. You will receive payment details by e-mail within 24 hours (on working days) of placing the order. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or please send us information.
6. Time to pay for your order - 2 working days from the date of received of the e-mail with payment details. After this time, the order will be canceled. If you need more time for payment please let us know.
